DMCA Policy

Middle East Missile ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and promptly process notices of alleged infringement and counter-notifications.

This policy outlines the procedures for copyright owners to notify us of alleged copyright infringement and for users to respond to infringement notices.

Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via our services, you may submit a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent, in accordance with the DMCA, by providing us with the following information:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL (i.e., web page address) where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL of the specific page or file).
  4. Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Middle East Missile may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement or an agent of such person.

All notices should be directed to our Designated Copyright Agent. For contact information and submission, please visit our contact page.
